Job Description:

Ready to work with an industry leader in a booming market? We are an innovation company providing post-harvest equipment and solutions to the Cannabis and Hemp industry.

We are growing and are looking to a Territory Manager – Emerging and Uncovered Markets role to our Sales Team. Your role will be to identify, service and ultimately, own the customer through calling on retailers and commercial producers in uncovered and/or emerging markets. The focus will be to maximize the company’s distribution of products and services through retailer identification, education/training, product demonstrations (potentially), in-store marketing and relationship building efforts. This role will require the ability to define a territory (uncovered or emerging), identify areas of opportunity in both existing and new customers, and lead regional trade show and vendor day events. The incumbent will be flexible to work in a grey area at times, and be willing to cover off/set up emerging markets prior to handing off to a permanent local position – at which time their next adventure begins!

You are not a desk jockey, VP/CEO of a financial institution, or uncomfortable with the industry.

You are a hands-on individual, technical in nature, able to demonstrate the trimming machines in action - and willing to clean them as well! Your interpersonal skills connect with both retail stores employees and executives at commercial producers. And yes, you have knowledge of the Cannabis or Hemp market. You will have the ability to plan their territory, establish forecasts by key products and identify areas of opportunity in both existing and new customers. In addition, the execution of regional trade shows and vendor day events will also play a critical role.

Significant travel will be required; the role will be hands-on and require technical selling abilities.
