We are growing and are looking to add a Warehouse Technician to our Supply Chain Team. Joining our “we-first” bunch you’ll have the chance to grow together with our company in a very exciting industry. In this role, you will be responsible for Shipping/Receiving/Incoming Quality Control within the Supply Chain Team as well as assisting with Logistics when required.

What You’ll Do

  • Receiving of all Incoming Inventory
  • Prepare all outgoing customer shipments as well as inter-company transfers
  • Follow-up and process Transfer Orders for goods travelling between locations and contract manufacturers
  • Perform stock checks in the warehouse when required as well as complete any Inventory Adjustments required in Salesforce when discrepancies are found and to identify the root cause
  • Review incoming Packing Slips for accuracy
  • Perform monthly cycle counts of inventory in warehouse & review discrepancies. Take part in full annual inventory count
  • Maintain stock locations for all items in inventory
  • Pick and pack customer orders
  • Check inventory levels of shop supplies/ Forklift Propane and reorder as required
  • Maintain supply chain metrics as requested
  • Complete supply chain projects as required
  • Maintain a highly organized warehouse
  • Verify incoming raw materials are within allowed tolerances, quality, and free of cosmetic defects

Who You Are And What You Need To Succeed

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 3 years of warehouse experience
  • Forklift Certification
  • Excel, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Enjoy working in a team setup
  • Attention to details & willingness to learn
  • Experience with incoming QC, an asset
